Covid Guidelines – Return to Play

For OUTSIDE Sports & Activities
    1. Communicate with your team.
    2. If you are SICK you should not ATTEND!  A good rule of thumb is if the 24 hour rule.  If you feel the same 24 hours later then you should seek medical advice or testing for Covid-19.
    3. No more than 50 participants per group or pod.

    5. Perform the Temperature / Verbal Wellness Check – Take Temps if able (temps above 100.4 should stay home)
    6. Socially Distance (6 ft apart) when possible, but not during a drill or competition.
    7. Encourage but not required to wear masks when social distancing is not doable.
    8. Student-Athletes Must bring their own WATER BOTTLE that is clearly marked with their name (There will not be community water sources).
    9. Coaches/Staff will Sanitize team gear regularly.  Student-Athletes take their gear home, clean and sanitize their gear regularly, wash their clothing daily, and shower.
    10. Encourage proper hygiene and nutrition of athletes each day.
For INSIDE Sports & Activities
