The Bountiful High School Athletics Administration team has hired the school’s first Boys Lacrosse Head Coach in Peter Jordan. Boys Lacrosse at Bountiful High School will officially start as a sanctioned sport as part of the UHSAA in the Spring of 2021. Peter attended Bountiful High school, where the Lacrosse program started his sophomore year. He played Lacrosse and Football for the Braves for the next 3 years. After High School Peter continued his lacrosse career at the University of Utah where he was a 3 year Defensive Captain for the Utes. Loving the sport and his community he made his way back to Bountiful and was the Defensive Coach for the Braves for 3 years. He then took over as the Head Coach and has been enjoying his time with the boys for the last 6 years. In 2015 they won the C Division State Title and have improved each year. He is excited to see and be apart of this transition as lacrosse becomes a school sanctioned sport.
